Once you place your order, we will send you a carefully prepared Ashes Sending Pack. This includes everything you need to safely send a small amount of ashes to our jeweller.
When your ashes arrive, they are respectfully incorporated into the pendant during the crafting process. Once complete, the finished pendant will be securely returned to you in a beautiful presentation box, ready to wear or gift.
