How the Process Works

1. Place your order.

2. We send you a secure ash return pack.

3. You send up to 200g of ashes directly to the professional pyrotechnics team.

4. Your rockets are created under strict logging and handling procedures.

From receipt of ashes to final sealing, trained professionals handle everything with dignity, respect, and a full audit trail.

Allow 12–15 working days from receipt of ashes (longer approaching 5th November).

Personal Tribute Label

Each rocket includes a custom tribute label (up to 25 words).

Traditional wording:

“In Loving Memory of…”

But many families choose something more personal:
