Services are available with changes due to border controls post Brexit, contrary to previous international agreements.
UK Mainland deliveries update.
As a general reminder, cremated remains are prohibited in postage and parcel networks. Do not attempt to post. The shipper is liable
for the contents which in worst case scenario could see the ashes disposed of and/or destroyed.

We have two service options available.

  1. The most dignified of services our ‘Accompanied’ same day door to door service, based on mileage between shipping and delivery
    address post codes.
  2. A parcel network linked to our Air & road freight industry. Operating services covering England, Scotland & Wales for cremated
    remains deliveries door to door. Both service options are inclusive of, as are all our services, Covered by our Limit of Liability Cover

Northern Ireland (UK), Republic of Ireland (EU) & Channel Islands update.
As well as the two services outlined in ‘European Shipments’ below. A door-to-door road freight service is available, with all customs
formalities completed prior to delivery.

European shipments update.

Services to Europe consists of two options.
Option 1. Airfreight to the nearest international airport only. Customs cleared which will attract a fee payable by consignee on
collection.
Option 2. Accompanied courier service with all customs formalities included. Meet consignee at airport with option for delivery to
door available on request.

As another general reminder, door-to-door road parcel networks are no longer available due to the free border controls being
removed post Brexit. Shipments of this nature must be declared to customs in every instance.

Rest of the World Deliveries update. Processed in the same manner as European shipments.

Known exceptions below.

China.

Customs in China now require original death and cremation certificates; photocopies are no longer accepted.

Germany.

Cremated Remains can only be received by funeral directors or persons linked to the funeral industry (Member of clergy or
bereavement council for example). It is illegal for a member of the general populous to have cremated remains in their possession.

India.

No Objection Certificate (N.O.C.) is required on all shipments of cremated remains and can be obtained from the Indian
Consulate.

Italy.

Shipments of cremated remains must be approved by Italian Consulate officials. Only hardwood caskets will be accepted, must
be wax sealed by Consulate and Port (Airport) of entry must be agreed with consulate. Copy of regulations applicable from Italian
Consulate is available from us on request. The whole process can take in excess of 3 months.

Imports of Cremated Remains. Our service partners in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada & United States continue to
remain active with regular door to door shipments to UK. Other worldwide imports are available from other locations on application.
