Memorial Glass Jenny Wren with Ashes
The Jenny Wren can be seen hopping around our gardens most days, inspiring joy and happiness. They are nimble little things, never staying in one place for more than a second or two before hopping away searching for food. Their explosive song, commands immediate attention, as if to say “Hey, over here! I may be small in size, but not in personality”.
They are discreet yet prominent, these individually hand blown glass birds are stunning.
The Memorial Glass Jenny Wren contains a small amount of your loved ones ashes amongst shades of brown and beige colours with a touch of golden sparkle as if shimmering in the sunshine. They are handmade in Devon by craftsmen with years of experience

The Jenny Wren birds are a lovely size that fits perfectly in your hand, such a tactile memorial item and has a good weight if you also wish to use them as a paperweight.
The procedure is extremely rigorous and each item comes with a certificate of authenticity so that you know that only the ashes you have provided are in your memorial glass.
The Process
As soon as you buy an ashes into glass ornament we will send you a pack with everything you need to send a small amount – a teaspoon of ashes per item – securely to our glassmaker.
The glass maker keeps the ashes securely in a safe until they are individually handmade into your glass memorial. Once cooled the Jenny Wren is sent securely to you with the certificate of authenticity.
The process takes around 6 weeks from receipt of ashes.

I was rather nervous when I ordered them as I just knew if they weren’t as I imagined I was going to be sad.
It has taken me several months to select how I wanted to honour my mum. For all she is a part of me and in my heart it became apparent in my grieving process that I needed a visual too.
