How It Works
Once you place your order, we’ll send a kit with everything you need to safely send us a small amount of ashes—about a teaspoon.
We’ll confirm by email once the ashes arrive
Your charm is then hand-cast by a skilled glass artist, sealing the ashes inside the six heart insets
The finished charm is carefully packaged in a presentation box, with optional gift wrap if you’re sending it to someone else
Please allow 10 to 12 weeks from receipt of ashes for your charm to be completed. We never rush the process—every piece is made with care and respect.
