Every year I am shocked by just how fast Christmas approaches, I have no sooner put away my flip-flops when I’m asked where we’re going to spend Christmas Day, last year my mum surpassed herself by asking me the Thursday before the August Bank Holiday!
It’s nice to feel wanted and Christmas is such an important time of the year for friends and family, it can also be a difficult time of year when we can really feel the loss of our loved ones. A good friend still sets a place at the table for her Dad so that the family can take a little time to share their thoughts about his loss, many others visit a grave, or a place that holds a special memory. It can really help to mark the occasion and give yourself permission to remember them in your own way.
But I’m afraid that due to the length of time it takes to make some of our most beautiful memorial gifts we do have to place a cut-off date for orders and for some of our pieces it is this Friday (18th September). I have listed some of the items below but all relevant cut-off dates are highlighted on the individual product pages. We will also need to get the ashes pack to our makers as soon as possible to guarantee that you have your memorial jewellery in time to give as for Christmas gifts.
If you have missed this date don’t panic you could give a gift voucher instead, these come in a beautiful card and the recipient can also choose a design or colour themselves.
