Next Day Delivery as Standard
We try to despatch all standard orders on a next working day service if placed before 12pm lunchtime MON-THURS (please be aware this is not always possible, if you require your item urgently please call us to discuss). Orders placed after 12pm Thursday and over the weekend will not be delivered until the following Monday or Tuesday as we do not deliver on weekends as standard.
However, for an extra charge we can offer a Saturday Delivery but this must be selected at checkout and orders for delivery on a Saturday must be placed before 1pm Friday.
We use APC Overnight for most orders that will not fit through a letterbox, and Royal Mail for all our smaller items. You will receive a tracking email from APC to let you know when your order has been despatched and another on the day of delivery with a two hour time slot for delivery. The second email will send you a link for if you would like to reschedule delivery.
To track your APC order you will need your consignment number which will be emailed to you. Click here to view the tracking website.
PLEASE NOTE: Adding a personalisation or inscription to your item will add on extra production time – please see individual items for extended delivery times.

Click and Collect
Scattering Ashes Click and Collect service allows you to collect your items from our local shop in Newton Abbot, Devon free of charge.
Simple steps to click and collect:
- Place your order online
- Select the ‘click and collect’ delivery option
- For most items your click and collect order will be ready within 3 business hours however sometimes this may not be possible. Please ensure you receive an email from us confirming your order is ready before leaving to pick up. Please call us if your order is urgent on (0)1392 58 1012.
- Collect your items from our Newton Abbot shop.
Overseas Delivery Prices Are Displayed On On The Checkout When Placing Your Order for most items*
We use different couriers for overseas items depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Tracking details will be sent to you via email once despatched.
European Addresses (outside UK) usually 4-8 working days.
USA & Canada usually 5-9 working days
Australia & New Zealand 6-10 working days
Rest of the World 6-21 working days
If you require you order urgently please contact us and we will do our very best to arrange delivery as soon as possible, however, please note we cannot guarantee any delivery date outside of the UK.
For international orders, our delivery partners or their local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.

*Memorial Made to Order Items
For all made to order items which have ashes incorporated into the piece we automatically send out a pack in the post after the order has been placed, this usually reaches you within 2-3 working days. Inside you will find everything you need to return a small amount of your loved one’s ashes to us. Timescales vary depending on piece, however, this is clearly specified on each product page. Many of our urns are handmade and are made to order, if this is the case it will specify on the product page and give an indication of the timescale for delivery. If you require the piece more urgently please contact us and we will be our very best to accommodate requests.

Engraved, inscribed or personalised items we aim to despatch within 5 working days however please note on some rare occasions this can take up to 3 weeks. If you require the item urgently/by a specific date please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate requests.
