Returns & aftercare
Not quite right? Unused items in original condition can be returned within 28 days (exclusions: engraved/bespoke). We’ll guide you sensitively through repacking and couriers. Aftercare notes are included with jewellery, glass and garden memorials.
If your ceremony is soon
Tell us your date and location. We’ll confirm what’s in stock, the best delivery option, and any practical tips (access, weather, permissions). We can also suggest meaningful touches—readings, petals, simple rituals.
