When you order a robin with ashes, we send you an Ashes Pack with everything needed to safely send a teaspoon of ashes per item to our Devon glass studio.
Your loved one’s ashes are stored securely and handled with care until they are individually incorporated into the molten glass.

Once completed, your Christmas Memorial Glass Robin is returned to you in a beautiful presentation box, accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming that only the ashes you provided were used.

Order in Time for Christmas

You are still in plenty of time for Christmas orders, but if you are ordering after 21st November, please let us know.
We can only begin the process once the ashes arrive, so if they reach us late, we may not be able to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery — though we always do our absolute best to make it happen.

For last-minute or gift purchases, choose the Hollow Robin (which you can fill yourself) or a Gift Voucher, allowing the recipient to arrange the final memorial at their own pace.
