Once your order is placed we will send you a secure ashes sending pack containing everything needed to send a small amount of ashes to our jeweller.

When the ashes arrive, they are carefully incorporated into glass and crafted into your bracelet charm. Your finished bracelet will then be securely returned to you as a unique piece of keepsake jewellery.

Please allow up to 12 weeks from receipt of ashes for your bracelet to be completed.
