“I really must stop to say thank you for helping me in the Summer to arrange for a boat on the Thames for scattering my Sister’s Ashes. Your efforts and kindness in following up matters for me were really appreciated. The Boat journey was lovely and was made particularly pleasant by the two gentlemen in charge. I just wanted to say thank you on behalf of my family. ” M Dogra

The day went really well and the Captain and co were really helpful and friendly. They were really helpful from the very beginning and it all came together seamlessly. We were very happy with everything and would recommend this to others.

Used Thames River for scattering my fathers Ashes.

Please be very mindful to ensure the skipper arrives on time and the company are NOT economical with the truth. Our skipper arrived 45 minutes late. Whilst waiting we were informed he will be 20 minutes late because of train delays. There were none on the day. We were offered an alternative, cancel and come another day or provide a refund ! Can you imagine my family were waiting for one of the key ceremonies for my father by the boat!
Issue here is management incompetence, have backup plan B.

Skipper seemed to be running to the boat. According to sources this is not the 1st time, they are late very often.

Good news, once we got going the ceremony was peaceful.

Just wanted to say how superb your company is. We scattered my Mother’s ashes last Friday opposite the Peace Pagoda on the Thames and finished by throwing 30 white roses into the water. A fitting end for a born and bred Londoner. Thank you so much for making this possible.
